3. Asbestos Contaminated Soil Removal.

4. Synthetic Mineral Fiber Removal.

5. Reinsulation of Chilled, Hot and Steam Works.

6. General Contamination clean up.

7. Visual inspections as well as a thorougher NATA inspection can be arranged.

ALL WORKS ARE CARRIED OUT TO THE NATIONAL OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES AND WORK COVER NSW CODES OF PRACTICE.

To this end Stormont Services offers the provision of on site management services including:

. Work Cover NSW notification in relation to the asbestos removal if applicable.

. Provision of an Asbestos Management Plan for the works.

. Supervision and labour of works by an AS1 Friable Licenced supervisor.

. Materials and equipment to carry out asbestos and contaminated waste removal works.

. Contaminated soil removal and remediation as per EPA requierments.

. Tipping at an approved EPA Waste site.

. Air Monitoring (NATA approved) if required.
